1954 David Brown 50D.
A fine example of the ultimate David Brown tractor.
Fitted with the correct VAD/ 6 six cylinder diesel engine which is crack free.
Spent approx. 40 years of its working life in Argentina then imported back into the UK where it received the restoration to the standard you see today.
Very clean example. Has just had a new steering wheel remanufactured at a cost of £650 from a firm in the Midlands. New Goodyear diamonds all round. Paintwork thorough and to a very good standard.
Sold with modern and old style log book. Road registered, ready to use and enjoy.
Engine starts and runs well. Oil and water in the correct places.
Complete with front weights located underneath the radiator.
4 speed P. T. O, No hydraulics from standard.
Engine side panels are not the originals but have been remanufactured to original specification.
Will be at Corbridge traction rally if not sold beforehand.
Hard to find in any condition never mind restored condition.
Realistically priced. No P/ X's, swaps or any other conjured up nonsense. It is here to be sold today for the asking price or very near.
