Fresh into stock this staggering June 1968, and 68th one made, (engine and frame numbers started at 101), Triumph T150T, in mind blowing un-restored condition, finished in the beautiful Aquamarine. We’ve never seen anything like it. This would be a first month production motorcycle, destined for the USA. The UK never received them until early 69. Note the factory fitted chrome mudguards! These are factory fit, and have never been off the bike. We don’t doubt the mileage of 7462, but it looks like new, or travelled just 746 miles. As it left the factory, except the two tyres have been replaced at some time. Not one nut, bolt or screw has been turned except the three in the points cover. The bike was supplied new by Bellflower Triumph in California to a resident in Temecula, California, it was then sold to the Hamilton Triumph Motorcycle Museum in Apache Junction, Arizona, USA, where it spent most of its life on display, but the museum has since closed down and the stock sold. Last picture is the actual bike sitting on the right in the museum. Bizarrely, it’s sitting next to a Honda CB750 K6! Maybe the information sheet in front of the Honda refers to some nonsense like, ‘the bike that killed the British motorcycle industry’. All paint, chrome, plating, brackets, clips etc etc, are all genuine Triumph factory fitment. Tool kit still strapped in place. Check out the super rare 68 spec TLS front brake. We connected a jump battery to see if the lights works, and they do and the gorgeous two tone horns. So we put some petrol in, tickled the carbs, and it went second kick. It sounds just like a brand new Trident. All gears select and the clutch disengages. Ammeter works, and the generator charges, and it just sits there ticking over like it should.
