The original owner sold me the car last year with a tear in his eye after this tenure of 23 years. I have the original purchase document and every Mazda service record. It also comes with a immaculate tonneau. The original owner also changed the soft top a couple of years for the supeior mohair example with the glass rear screen for added security. Around the same time he also added the power steering unit in late 2016.
After purchasing the car I went through all the previous MOT's and defined a definitive task list to be done, that I have now completed. I have replaced the anti-roll bar bushings, drop-links, rear discs and pads using genuine Mazda parts and rear calipers. Refreshed all the fluids, new differential oil, gearbox oil, brake fluid and radiator flush. I have replaced the fuel filter, cambelt gasket, spark plugs and HT leads.
It is testament to the previous owner that this car drives to superbly with a slick gearchange and beautiful exhaust note.
Car is garaged and used as my 2nd car and is meticulously maintained, regularly washed, run exclusively on Shell V Power fuel.
