Description
Iveco Daily 35S11 12m3 race van
The van is versatile and could be used for any number of uses, simple camping holidays etc etc... but I used it to roll the Norton into the back, straight into a bike stand and go racing. . The bike is 100% secure using the ratchet tie downs. The real advantage for me was the wind out awning system with optional side panels. This gave me space to work on the bike while having a separate space to eat, sleep etc
A little research will give you an idea as to how expensive these are. Thousands
Anyway i can put this up by myself in under 10-20 minutes complete with side panels. No help is required but another pair of hands does make it a wee bit easier.

Sorry about the orange stain on the Lino, the Manx wasn’t feeling well on the way home.
The drive is manual and has power steering and is simplicity personified. I poodle along at 60 - 70mph fully laden and I rarely want for more power. The turbo works well enough and I can travel up to Cadwell from Bognor Regis with ease. I can’t give an accurate mpg because it never really concerned me, but I can reassure you that for a such a vehicle it is pretty damn frugal.
The modern Mot test high lights areas of consern and I have stayed on top of all that has arisen. Welding was the last priority and that has been done superbly to the inner and outer sills, offside and near side front upper inner wheel arches.
The only advisory that annually appears, is the slightly corroded brake pipes but they never seem to get any worse and I am assured they are safe etc
The tyres are excellent and I had a new rear put on 03. 04. 18. I have been to Donnington and back twice since fitting.
The last service was carried out 29. 01. 15 @ 87977 miles
The mileage is now only 91861 so it doesn’t need anything doing really.
Mot’d this year at 03. 04. 18
The battery is fine
Any inspection is welcome and I am happy to answer any questions as best I can.
I believe the vehicle to be a genuinely solid and dependable van as it has never let me down and I would happily travel abroad.
Like all things that are getting on a bit in years, they prefer to be used and require a bit of TLC once in a while. Sitting on my drive isn’t doing this van any favours so I hope a fellow Tosser might make good use out of it.
I’ve done a little research on eBay and race vans are either astronomical in price or similar vans to mine are tatty and mega milage, some don’t even have the awnings and are also expensive.
£5995 and I’ll throw in the private plate and customary tea and biscuits.
