LOT 14: 1999 Rover 200 BRM LE, registration number V942 FLK, chassis number SARRFCNLHXD434541, engine number 18K4KM07, British racing green/ orange. The Rover 200 BRM LE was officially revealed at the 1998 British International Motor Show as a limited production model, one of only 1, 109 produced with 797 been allocated to the UK market. It featured 20mm lowered suspension, revised shock absorbers, stiffend springing and uprated brake master cylinder. The interior was trimmed in red leather seat facings with diamond design and additional red leather trim with aluminium detailing. V942 FLK was built on 26th April 1999 and is number 603 of the 797 produced for the UK market. The Rover was dispatched to SMC Rover, Cowley Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex on 2nd September 1999, was registered by the dealer and sold to its first private owner on 20th November 1999. He owned the car until September 2016 when our vendor purchased it. The Rover has featured in magazines and has been widely shown by our vendor in the South West.
