1995 Peugeot 106 1. 1 3dr Aztec Ph1 - Future Classic!
We are delighted to offer for sale this wonderful 1995 Peugeot 106 1. 1 3dr Aztec model in Diablo Red with just 33821 miles on the clock. Being an Aztec Edition car it benefits from body-coloured lower bumpers, a manual-tilt sunroof and Aztec-specific door cards, seat design and floor mats.
The vehicle has only had one lady owner since new, but two keepers on the logbook due to the owner incorrectly putting herself as a new keeper when changing her details. This is shown by the previous keeper information on the V5 document held by us. The previous owner sadly passed in 2016, and this car remained in the garage until being found a few months ago by the family.
Exterior-wise, the car presents well in its original Diablo Red Metallic paint finish. There are no major scuffs or damages to the paintwork, with only a few small pin dents, scratches and some stone chips here and there. There is absolutely no rust or bubbling to the arches, and the sills are in near-immaculate condition. Some of the sunroof trim has aged, but the sunroof itself remains leak-free.
The interior condition of the car is magnificent, retaining all the original features of the car and with no visible wear to seat bolsters, door cards or interior trims.
Mechanically the car runs brilliantly - as you would expect for a car of this mileage, the clutch is sharp, the gear shift is precise and there are no knocks or rattles when driving. As part of the work done to commission the car after three years in storage, a new cambelt and water pump were fitted before MOT, and a full service has been carried out by ourselves, with an internal invoice for the service supplied on the sale of the car. All four tyres have a minimum of 4mm tread.
A Phase 1 106 in this condition and with such low mileage is an incredibly hard thing to come by, and is destined to become a future classic with prices on the rise for the last few years now.
