Description
Car was originally a 1. 6 GTi but has had the 1. 9 engine fitted at some point in its life.
I bought the car last year to do an event and since then it has only been out a few times for car shows so it is time for someone else to use and enjoy what is now a fast appreciating retro classic.
Even though the car is stripped out with bucket seats it is still a pleasurable drive whether it is a spirited drive on the country lanes or driving around town, where I guarantee it will turn heads and start conversations with total strangers.
With some very minor mods I think this would make a great track car, already having a rear cage.
I have done 1500 miles since I bought it without any issues and loved every mile of it.
The car comes with a full MOT having no advisories. It has never been welded anywhere which is very unusual for one of these.
It is not a show winning car but that also means you will not be frightened of using it to its full potential.
