For sale is my 1988 2CV Red Special "Cosette"
I have owned her for several years, and spent a small fortune on getting her running right, and replacement of numerous parts - exhaust (crossbox/ tube), starter motor, 4 x MCC tyres, 4 new wheels, fuel pump, carb, heater hoses, coil, and various other bits and pieces.
I have recently spent money on getting the floor and bodywork reinforced - the car is not sparkly red, and is the original red paintwork. It is a workhorse, and has been used daily/ often in all weathers - not a Sunday car.
Cosette is on a glavo chassis a SLC from Ken Hanna and is structurally sound. She starts and runs well, and I have her serviced by a Citroen mechanic.
I have been all over the country in her, highest pub in England and Scotland.
Some spares will come with the sale, plus a box of history and paperwork.
