The interior, like an RS, is simplified and weight saving. RS door panels and handles, rear seat delete, lightweight carpets and a simple dash. Plus those GT replica reclining Recaros in Houndstooth (themselves, £4k). Even the headlining is now the 70's off-white and the carpet finishers and door entries are the RS style aluminium.
Genuine Fuchs in 7 and 8" width, with polished petals so they too look just right. Age appropriate (1973) number plate included with the car.
With the 231 hp 3. 2 (though it may have been chipped) running through the rebuilt smooth 915 transmission, combined with its serious weight loss, you have a little rocket here. Saving those kilos from the bumpers, sill covers, engine lid, boot lid, and interior makes a massive difference from behind the wheel. It's sharp, lively and is guaranteed to bring a smile.
