Very attractive Microplas Mistral GRP body from the late 50s on a Reliant Sabre 4 chassis from 1962.
Very reminiscent of those good-looking Elva and Lotus sports racers from the late 50s
Powered by a Chevrolet 'small block 283', professionally rebuilt in 'period' dress ? notably triple Rochesters and alternator mimicking a dynamo
The gearbox is a Muncie M20 with a significantly upgraded Ford English axle with extra heavy-duty half shafts and LSD
Watts rear linkage, multi-linked Salisbury rear axle, coil-over dampers
Finished in Aston Racing Green with a broad red stripe. Twin fillers and 72-spoke wire wheels
Very smart interior in Apple Green with a 4-point roll-hoop, full harnesses and an extinguisher
