Description
Original RHD AMC Rambler 440 2 door pillarless coupe.
Sold in London in the 60s this is a genuine Right-hand drive American vehicle.
It was in a barn for a long while when purchased. It had previously been upgraded with better components and this has continued. It has an alloy radiator and electric fan. Upgraded headlights. Upgraded heater. Front disc brakes with stainless flexi hoses. The car is in nearly original condition and believed to be in original paint albeit with some retro graphics added by the current owner which can be easily removed if so required. The interior is in fantastic condition with one repair required on the driver's back on the seam. Bodywork wise its in pretty good condition the areas requiring some attention in small areas of the A-pillar door bottoms and in the rear trunk. Underneath the vehicle is outstanding and very solid.
It still has the original wheels as shown in the images.
The owner is pairing down his American car collection and so the Rambler is being sold.
Perfectly suited to being a classic daily driver or brought back to showroom.
