EXTERIOR:
Finished in Royal Blue (Non Metallic), this example can only be described as in excellent all-round condition. The vehicle has been kept off road for nearly Ten years due to the owners poor health. Since purchase his back in 2006, the Golf was highly cherished with only careful usage & maintenance. Overall, this example looks superb with only very minor detailing / cleaning, bringing out her full potential!

INTERIOR:
Optioned with Anthracite velour upholstery & is presented in an excellent order as per the overall car. The upholstery is free of any blemishes including rips, tears consistent with the very low mileage from new.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION:
Ordered with the 1598cc four cylinder petrol engine mated to an automatic gearbox producing 103hp with superb smooth performance & excellent economy figures

Having always been maintained by Volkswagen Master Technicians, apart from the very last service at 31k, the Golf was, according to the keeper, "A fantastic driving car that was always a pleasure to use". Sadly, the owner has suffered with a spate of poor health in the past few years & his pride & joy has sat unused. He eventually came to the difficult decision to part company with his Golf SE after nearly Fifteen years of ownership. Clearly the current mileage of just under 32, 000 miles is correct as confirmed by the stamped Service Booklet & general condition.

The Golf was recommissioned in 2019 & has been dry stored ever since, remaining unused. The car received a full engine service, new tyres & various other works by a VW enthusiast. She starts on the first turn of the key & runs exceptionally well, a real pleasure to drive!

HISTORY FILE:
Originally supplied by 'Autobahn' V. W. Main Dealership in Beckenham Kent to the original owner, then in 2006 ownership passed to Mr Bancroft. The Service History for this Volkswagen can only be described as fully comprehensive! The Service Booklet is fully stamped with six Volkswagen Main Dealership service entries & the only other non V. W. Garage stamp totalling seven services which all confirm the ultra low mileage

Included with the vehicle is the Volkswagen owners folder with a full set of original owners books & manuals, quick reference guide, V. W. Emergency Assistance Card, all previous MoT test certificates & MoT history, two sets of keys & even the dealership salesman's card!
