Superb restored Kawasaki KLR 600 Electric Start

First manufactured in 1986 on an “C” registration, UK registered in 1991 with 9 previous owners. Last owner since 1998.

This lovely early KLR 600 electric start has been subject to a recommissioning and restoration taking many hours, I have spent well over £2, 000 on new parts and services. These Kawasaki’s still do not look dated, even on a bike which is now 35 years old.

Engine was rebuilt with new piston and camshaft by previous owner, checked and refurbished

A really lovely bike in stunning overall condition now ready to be ridden and enjoyed. I have tried to keep the bike to its original spec and visual appearance. Sounds great and revs cleanly from the big single cylinder thumper.
Interest in the original KLR’s is increasing, with the early electric start bike being particularly rare coming up for sale, values continuing to rise. Such a nice early example will be a great addition to any Kawasaki enthusiast’s collection.
