1981 Pontiac Trans-Am 4. 9 Turbo NASCAR Pace Car, extremely rare example and one of just a handful of registered cars in Europe. Oyster White with Black and Grey Decals. Black and Red Recaro Bucket Seats and removable Mirror Glass T-Tops.
This is a genuine Daytona 500 Special Edition Turbo Trans-Am and one of just 250 produced in 1981 for the Canadian market from a limited batch of 2000 produced by Pontiac. Comes with its factory build-sheet and other paperwork to prove its authenticity. Auto transmission with factory Power Steering, 4-wheel Disc Brakes and Special Order Upgraded Suspension. This special edition is the only Trans-Am to have Recaro Seats and the Phoenix embroidered into the door cards making this not only rare but an extremely high specification car from new.
We no longer restore cars and only look to buy and deal in fully restored classics. This Firebird is being offered as a rolling restoration for someone to return to its previous condition. Drives well with no known mechanical issues.
