For sale my Gpz900r. It’s an A2 model in the rarer blue/ silver paint scheme. Bought as a rough but good running project about 5 years ago and subjected to a major restoration from bare frame up and has now been on the road about a year and has covered about 1000 miles. It’s probably easier to list what hasn’t been replaced but here’s a summary.
Rear shock - new Hagon unit.
Rear shock linkage bushes/ bolts
Tyres - Avon roadrider 2’s
Wheel bearings
Brake caliper piston/ seals
Battery -Vertex
Fork tubes rechromed
New anti dive internals
Fork seals/ oil
Centre fairing section
Left Side panel
Screen
Headers and clamps rechromed
Clutch master/ slave seal kits
Brake master seal kit
Full repaint by myself and new badges and stickers throughout.
Seat recovered.
Luggage hooks rechromed.
Many other small items replaced/ renewed
The bike rides like a new one. Nothing much else to say. Selling to fund next project as I’m an incurable motorcycle restorer and need finances for the next project.
Not interested in swaps/ exchanges
A full mot will be done for new owner.
