Description
Classic Car Design offers you this nice 4cv R1062 type. It looks great in this pearly white colour that one of its former owners found in the more recent Renault colour charts. A little over a year ago, it was given a nice refurbishment in a style that deviates from the original but has remained sober and enhances its jovial and rounded aesthetic.
On the outside, the paintwork is beautiful and bright. The chrome bumpers and wheel covers are like new. The pretty little indicators, the horn and all the ornaments are in very good condition. The door and window seals were also replaced during the work.
Inside, the entire upholstery was redone in a beautiful blue houndstooth fabric. A grey short pile carpet covers a large part of the floor. Model experts will have noticed that the dashboard has been borrowed from an older version, certainly for aesthetic reasons.
Mechanically, the car is in very good condition, the engine starts very well and the gears shift easily and without noise. The car drives very well, nothing to report about the suspension and the braking.
This little car is like a little "candy" in which you want to go for a ride. One of the most popular French cars that will stand out thanks to its original finish.
