Reluctantly selling my 1926 Harley Davidson Peashooter 350cc single project to build a board track racer.
Consists of the following:
Original frame – Has been sandblasted and primered. Started the process of flattening out with high build primer and cellulose filler but this needs completing before frame can be sprayed.
New made forks to original spec with new headset / bearings etc.
Two original engines, both matched pair crankcases, Engine number 4309 and 13004. Both sets of crankcases have been vapour blasted.
1 of the engines is complete side valve engine only missing the carb and magneto. Original oil pump and new made oil pipes.
The other engine comes with the very rare OHV barrel and cylinder head (72. 5mm bore). The valve seats need work and some fin damage too. Comes with new valves, guides, springs and pushrods.
Spare con-rod, flywheel (total of 3 con rods and 3 flywheels included).
Original clincher 40 spoke wheel rims, have been sandblasted and primered ready for wheels to be built. 4 wheel hubs and a large diameter 72 tooth rear wheel sprocket.
Replica petrol tank to correct size, new oil plunger, filler caps, petrol taps and fuel pipe.
Also new tank to frame bolts and washers.
Original gearbox and clutch plates, kickstarter etc.
New made Messenger saddle in black leather with 2 seat frames.
Various other bits and pieces included too.
