1950's Heinkel Perle 50cc 2 stroke scooter.
These are quite rare as they were fairly sophisticated for the time and therefore expensive.
Been standing for decades but sound and complete ( I can only see that the stand is missing).
It's a non-runner and has no documents but the number plate is there and so is a tax disc. Frame and engine numbers are in perfect condition so I don't see any reason why this couldn't be re-registered if you wanted to.
Some of the parts are not on the scooter because the previous owner made a brief attempt at getting it running but realised it was beyond his abilities.
I have made no attempt to get it running but the engine is turning over.
Ideal to tinker with or restore.
Very light and easy to manage.
I have priced it to sell. I would consider swapping it for something bigger, cash adjustment either way if that's of any interest.
