Austin Mini Pickup "Mr Pop-Eye Ice Cream Van" (as seen on BBC Top Gear back in the day). Includes the 2m Ice Cream Cone in pic. Needs recommssioning (as in storage for c. 15 years). Project - I'd allow £7, 500 for a light running/ driving/ cosmetric restoration (this can be arranged for you) - but if you want to show it - allow more £££.
I'd sell it outright - or potentially swap for a modern vehicle (with cash either way).
