Description

The British brand Daimler, founded in 1893 as a licensee of Daimler in Stuttgart/ Germany, was famous for its luxury limousines. It became the prime vendor for the English royal family. After 1945, the DB Consort 18 was created, and in 1953 replaced by the Conquest. A newly developed six-cylinder engine with preselector gearbox were characteristics of the series. The name "Conquest" stood for wanting to take over the market. At the Paris Auto Salon in 1954 the Conquest Century was first introduced as a Drophead Coupé (DHC).

Our Daimler Conquest Century DHC hails from Sweden and has been registered in Germany since 2015. That is also when the two-door car was restored at a specialized shop in Hamburg/ Germany (cost approx. € 7. 000). Since then, this extremely rare oldtimer convertible has been brinigng joy and happiness to any excursion. Treat yourself to something special!!
