The Mercedes-Benz W129 series (officially known as R129) was produced from 1989 to 2001. In total, about 213, 000 copies were made. The 500SL is equipped with an M119 5. 0 liter DOHC V8 with 32 valves that delivers 240 kW (326 hp) at 5500 rpm. It has French papers.
