This beautiful 1959 sprite is in fantastic condition and in the past has won many awards some of which have been signed by margot healey. The car was bought back in 1959 by harry lucas an apprentice at the austin longbridge factory, back then he paid £608 with many extras which were free. Harry was reunited with the sprite at gaydon in 2008. the car was fully restored and finished in 2009 and i bought it in 2013 during which time it has only done 1000 miles in warm sunny days so is still in exceptionally good condition. It comes complete with soft top, cover, side screen covers, a new set of spare carpets, original steering wheel, and original wheel brace and jack. The gentleman who carried out the restoration created a hard back book of the project.
