BMW M135i. HPI Clear, Late 2012, 95k, 5 door, 12 months MOT
Welcome to the sale of my mineral grey 135i with red leather. The car is in very good condition and has been looked after appropriately, as well as having been sensibly modified. I am an M car enthusiast and know a good from bad car - I am very fussy about what I buy. I have used this whilst my v8 m3 has been receiving some remedial work.
The specification is as follows;
Xenons headlights, factory privacy glass, cruise control, dual climate, Bluetooth, 8speed auto, decat, remapped, Powervalve exhaust system, sunroof, mineral grey paint, red heated leather, 18 inch BMW alloys (rears have Michelin Pilot Sports, fronts are nearly new, but are budget brand - that said, they're very good!)
Service History
It has been properly looked after, 8 services with paperwork it requires no immediate attention on the IDrive system. The services are a mixture of BMW, private garages and one of the previous owners who was a BMW technician. Recent water pump, rocker gasket and full service (92K).
Performance/ Modifications/ Drive
The Powervalve exhaust system which sounds nice. Not aggressively loud. It has also been decatted by me, this is a bolt in item which is easy to fit. To accompany the exhaust it has been remapped too, this makes it very responsive in the mid range with excellent torque, the additional plus side of this, especially at the moment, is that it is very good on fuel - on the motorway 48mpg can be achieved with ease.
Everything works exactly as it should, the engine pulls very well and completely smoothly, the gearbox is excellent and there are no knock or bangs which can suggest an abused life. The car holds the road well and gives good feedback to the driver. This is an excellent car.
Bodywork/ Interior
As you can see in the pictures, the mineral grey paint still holds a deep shine and having used a paint depth gauge on it, it would appear it is all original BMW paint, with the exception of a smart type repair on the rear bumper, you'd need a keen eye to see this. The interior is equally good, everything works as it should and the seats show minimal wear.
I have priced the car keenly as it is now not needed and I appreciate the new owner may want Michelin's all round
