Beschreibung
BSA A10, 1955, Gold Star, RGS, lookalike.
Two owners from new. Lovely condition.
650CC twin built to resemble the bikes I coveted in the ‘60s.
Although it has the original plunger frame it has been built with many stainless steel parts ensuring bright shiny looks with minimum maintenance and maximum longevity.
The engine has been built with new bearings yet the bores are remain standard with new pistons and rings. The gearbox disassembled and cleaned out. Engine Cartridge oil filter fitted to oil tank return line.
Recent valve guides and valves.
Good chain and brakes.
New Classic Tyres.
It has Sparkrite electronic ignition controlled by magneto points.
DVR2 voltage regulator.
New Powerline AGM Battery, LED lamps,
The wheel rims and spokes are stainless as are the mudguards and brackets, fork covers, headlamp brackets, instrument bracket, and exhaust pipes.
Angle-drive mechanical Rev counter.
Speedometer rebuilt and zeroed.
Single and dual seat available.
Chrome tank, new headlamp and mirrors.
The tank has its original overall chrome.
While this is mirror finish on the sides it has the industrial grade chrome finish to the top for the original paint scheme to adhere to. My personal preference to leave the chrome exposed unpainted.
New wiring loom.
Everything like new condition
Everything works except for me, the second owner, now too old and brittle to enjoy fully.
Every question answered.
Bike is available for viewing close to the Beaulieu motor museum, National bike museum and Exbury gardens.
