Someone is going to absolutely love this project and with the value of these beautiful cars increasing so strongly it could be quite lucrative too. This 1967 1725cc Sunbeam was started by the previous owner who sadly could not continue due to his ill health. In terms of where the project is up to it's probably best to let the images do the talking. What we can tell you is that the engine is a genuine Rootes group replacement unit and there is every gasket you'll need if you want to refresh it. The body is super solid and appears to need limited panels again as you can see from the images much of the initial bodywork has been done. The car seems to be 95% complete with all the important stuff there. Everything has been stored properly and the car has been in a totally dry environment during its renovation and subsequent storage. I have a V5 which shows the original colour as silver (how amazing would that look when the car is finished?).
