For sale is my 1993 Kawasaki ZZR600 E1 model. Modern classic 4 cylinder with the forced induction scoops at the front. I originally bought it as a running project which ran on easy-start spray, and was going to strip it all down and get it back up and running again with new parts. But as time has gone on I have realised it is a much bigger project than I had anticipated. Here's an extensive list of what it has/ what needs doing to the best of my knowledge:
Front caliper rebuild kit which includes the rubber boots, oil seals, dust seals, copper washers etc. (does not include the pistons as they are ok)
I have already sprayed and rebuilt the rear caliper with new seals, banjo bolt and bleed valve
Brand new ceramic carbon brake pads with stainless steel heat shields included, cost me £90+ with the caliper rebuild kits
Cush-drive hub has new bearing and dust seal installed
New wheel bearings are included but not installed
Stainless steel braided brake hoses included
Banjo bolts included
Hiflo racing oil filter included but not yet installed
Has JT front + rear sprockets in good condition
DID chain seems ok, will need a new split link
Fairings need a lot of work, they are cracked, some bits are missing
Boxes full of misc. parts, I believe most of the bike is there
New copper exhaust gaskets included
Tank will need some work, there is a small dent and scuffs
Water pump was leaking, so will need new seal(s)
New fork seals and dust seals included, not installed
Will need 2 new tyres

Quite a long read, but I have tried to be as honest as I can with what needs doing to it. Like I say I started it with good intentions, but the further in I have gotten the bigger the project is, so selling it on to someone who has more knowledge than me.
It is not ready to ride away, battery has about 12. 3v, most if not all of the electrics were working when I got it.
I have uploaded quite a few photos which give you an idea of the amount of work required, this is a big project and not for the faint of heart!
Will require a van as the bike is rolling, but was on chocks and just hand-tightened together to get it rolling, not sure if I would trust it on a trailer to be honest, so van or box-trailer would be best.

I will also include both a hardback Haynes manual and a Kawasaki workshop manual, so between both of them it should have most of the info you will need.
