For sale is my MK2 Estate, it is 1 of 102 built, there are currently only about 25 known to the Gilbern Owners Club and this is the only 1 built in Lamborghini Miura Lime Green.
I have owned the car for the last 4 years and came to me as a non runner. It has several recent MOT's under my ownership even though it is exempt, it has always been garaged since Ive owned it.
During my time it has had the following:-
Brakes:
New EBC Front Brake Calipers, grooved discs and pads
Rear brake rebuild including the illusive adjusting wheels
Braided brake hoses
New master and slave cylinder and new brake booster
Fuel Tank:
New custom aluminium fuel tank with new fuel lines including a fuel return and electric fuel pump.
Engine:
Replaced engine with another essex v6 sourced from a Cortina Savage, new aluminium radiator and electric fan, new Weber 38DGMS and Ramflo Air Intake. Also fitted new steel timing gear.
New Distributor, coil, leads and spark plugs. New Alternator, Starter Motor a new washer fluid motor/ bottle. Water Hoses replaced,
New Clutch Master and Slave cylinder and braided hose.
Exhaust:
Full 2 inch Stainless steel exhaust and new Maniflow exhaust manifolds. It makes a good noise.
Suspension:
All bushes replaced and new AVO fully adjustable dampers fitted.
Interior:
New dynamat and black carpet fitted. New Astrali Alacantra steering wheel, Cobra bucket seats in the front, I also have the original seats which need refurbing that will be included in the sale. Dashboard remains original.
Wheels:
All wheels including spare have been refurbed, I had them painted, diamond cut and lacquered for a fresher look, new Toyo tyres all round.
Chassis is in good condition.
Body work keeps the price down as it looks good from a distance!
There are other small jobs that need doing that would be good for the next owner to get stuck in with.
Loads of paperwork for what I've done plus loads that came with it along with lots of pictures over the years.
What spare parts I have can also come with the car FOC.
