Offered for sale is this 1987 602cc Citroen 2CV. Presented as a Beachcomber/ France3 Special Edition replica she has spent most of her life in Cornwall and Devon – avoiding the worst of the usual British weather! In addition, she has been garaged over the winter so has avoided the worst of the wet/ salty roads. She is in great condition both inside and out and comes with a full history.
Well restored with galvanised chassis, new boot floor, inner rear wings, and front wings. Very good chrome bumpers and the fairly new roof rolls back nicely to give you some open-air driving. She has a smaller sports steering wheel fitted but the original is included in the sale.
The engine runs well once she’s warmed up and the gear-changing is smooth and quiet.
She comes with very good history file and was last MOT’d in April 2022.
Included are two sets of keys, winter grill, wooden chock, jack and spare wheel.
Only owned for the last year but are reluctantly offering her for sale due to health issues making it impossible to drive her now and hopefully someone else will get to enjoy her as much as we have.
