BMW R80/ 7. 1984 R80RT model when bought had 17472 miles now two summers later 19, 900 miles. Originally an R80RT it's had the fairing removed and all mods made to replicate the S and CS models without paying the inflated price.
In lovely original condition, the tool roll with tools, handpump and first aid kit are mint and in their places. The BMW owner's handbook is present. Cosmetically the paint work is very good, the tank and fairing were professionally painted with colour matched paint from RS Bike Paints as the RT fairing had left a rub mark on either side of the tank. It runs superbly and ticks over well from cold when left on fast idle for a few minutes. The engine is rattle and smoke free and uses no oil. Tyres are good Avon Roadriders, new pads and brake shoes, braided Hel lines, new Ikon ( Koni dial a ride ) shocks, Hyperpro fork springs and fork oil and upgraded later 85 on rocker gear with new BMW genuine parts for a quiet top end (£460). New filters, iridium plugs oil
