Has only done approx 150 miles since undergoing what we consider is a sympathetic restoration, has been owned since the 1970`s until we purchased recently. Starts easily and runs and rides smoothly.
Lots of lovely original components on this bike which to any Excelsior collector are gold. They were considered in the early 1950`s to be the best 250cc in the world and were raced very successfully like the thoroughbred Excelsior Manxman model. This model will suit many elderly ladies and gents as low seat height and easy to start and control with a good burst of acceleration to get the blood flowing and keep you feeling young.
