Description
The E83W was aimed at the small haulage, trade and merchant market, sectors in which it sold well. An estate car variant was also available. During and after World War II, many specialist variations such as mobile canteens, ice cream vans and even fire pumps were built on the E83W chassis.
This post war example is powerd by the 1, 172 cc (71. 5 cu in) Ford 30 hp side-valve engine which runs very well. 3-speed gearbox operates as it should.
The body is in good condition with some light patina, indicative of an older mellowed restoration.
Timber flat bed and sides in good order.
Currently the fordson is not sign written giving it's new owner the perfect opportunity to put their own stamp on it.
The car is located in Guernsey, Channel Islands. Regular ferries to St. Malo or Portsmouth.
