The 'G-spec', 1, 488cc inline-four featured twin SU carbs (export) and generated 85bhp fed through a manual 4-speed gearbox
Believed to be for 'evaluation purposes', this left-hand drive US car (SP310) was imported to the UK by the former Standard Motor Company, now better known as Standard-Triumph
Subsequently sold to a gentleman who enjoyed the vehicle in Spain for a mere 5, 804 miles before being added to a Datsun dealer's private collection
