I bought this as a non runner late 2020 from a friend who had imported it from Hungary and registered it in the UK.
Over the following winter I totally rebuilt it to a very high standard.
Engine had crank rebuild with all new bearings, seals etc.
Frame and all tinware were completely stripped and repainted in the correct colours. Bike was completely rewired but retains the original 6v system.
I then used the bike over the following two summers.
I went to great lengths to not over restore it and it looks great.
Starts, stops and rides exactly as a MZ should.
Comes with receipts for a lot more than the asking price and loads of spares including a good pair of wheels.
A really charming bike that’s learner legal, reliable, great fun and draws a crowd wherever you go.
