Another unicorn car! I completely forgot these existed until this one came in as part ex against the BMW 328ci. It’s a Vauxhall Meriva VXR. I’ve done a thorough road test on this one and covered a near 600 mile round trip to ensure it’s in good shape. I’ve also given it a fresh oil service.
The Meriva VXR was an odd ball at the time so they never really sold... now to find them in this sort of condition and mileage must be a challenge and at the time of writing I could only find one other for sale on ‘car and classic’ for circa £5k.
This Meriva is in a rather under the radar metallic black with recently refurbed silver wheels. To anyone that is not in the know may mistake this for a regular Meriva which i think is party of its sleeper appeal. The Meriva VXR features the same 1. 6 turbo engine as the Corsa VXR so goes surprisingly well.
