How about this as a great future classic and an awful lot of car for the money! This is a 1999 BMW M3 Evo Cabriolet, SMG Gearbox, finished in Estoril Blue with Grey Leather Interior. She has covered 79k Miles with a good service history, all handbooks etc, and has the optional Works Hardtop.
Debuting at the Paris Show in 1992, the second generation E36 platform-based M3 was the first to feature a straight-six engine, initially displacing 2990cc before enlargement to 3201cc in 1995. However, this larger power unit did not become available in the convertible model (which had been introduced in 1994) until 1996. The 3. 2-litre cars were marketed as Evolution models by BMW GB to distinguish them from the earlier 3-litre models. Produced at the Regensburg factory, a total of around 2, 107 BK92 (right-hand drive European specification) convertibles were built between February 1996 and July 1999. Recognised as being one of the best handling cars of that decade when tested by Car & Driver magazine in 1997, and much praised for its benign handling and balance, the E36 was also one of the first mainly computer-designed BMW models.
Our car was sold new on 17th March 1999 by Williams of Liverpool and had a further 6 owners from new, with the last owning her for 7 years. She has a low mileage of 79, 000 from new with all invoices and MOT history to back this up, The original Service book has 15 stamps in it and has had about £3k spent in the last couple of years. She drives perfectly and is ready for her new home. The soft top is fine and the hardtop is lovely, and the whole condition of the car is commensurate with the mileage. This is a sure fire future classic, in the best colours, in the best specification. The low mileage makes this one to use and gently improve, with summer just around the corner, this is a great car at this price!
