2005 CR-V Exec with average mileage of 5. 5k miles a year. Fully synthetic oil is clean (burns none), regularly serviced throughout its life. Runs like clockwork every day. Last service 90k miles at local reputable garage, Baillie Cross, who fitted a new CLUTCH/ changed gearbox oil mid-2022. Just passed its MOT - all advisories addressed. In really good shape for the year - there are a couple of minor bumper scuffs/ age-related marks, but totally solid. Leather interior in great shape. Automated part time 4WD, so it's in 2WD 99% of the time. I do short journeys on twisty/ hilly country roads and I'm getting 34 MPG. This 2. 0 petrol is about the same on fuel as the CDTi to run, given diesel MPG/ price. Aircon, heated front seats, satnav, sunroof, ISOFIX seats, immobiliser and alarm. Two programmable keys present. Enormous loading area, particularly with split rear seats folded. An incredibly useful and reliable car.
