We are very proud to announce our latest addition, we have for sale what can only be described as a piece of motorcycling art. The Brough Superior SS100.
This one owner example has covered just 284 miles from new and is number 28 of just 300 examples that was produced. Registered in October 2017 the bike is supplied fitted with the Brough Performance exhausts as well as being supplied with the original system too. Also contained within the package are the original Brough certificate of Conformity, a Brough Superior custom made bike cover, the history of Brough book, the original Brough brochure, key rings and unique pocket Knife, charger and handbook/ service book as well as having a Bike Trak security tracker fitted.
The owner couldnt make his mind up when purchasing the bike as to which seat he would specify so ended up purchasing all three options at a cost of £1200 each. All three are included in the sale. He also added the Brough Superior side saddle bag at further cost of £900.
Brough Superior is the legendary marque in the motorcycle world renowned for their quality. The original company was owned by George Brough, and they were known for building machines with unrivalled engineering. The factory closed in 1940 but relaunched in 2004 with entrepreneur Mark Upham and his business partner Thierry Henriettewith heading the company. They planned in 2013 to build the SS100, a high performance, luxury motorcycle designed as a 90th anniversary tribute to the most famous Brough Superior model first built between 1924 and 1939.
The reinvented modern day Brough is powered by a 102bhp, 997cc 88-degree V-twin, coupled to a six-speed transmission. It was first unveiled at the EICMA show in Milan in 2013, with production beginning in 2016 and the first of the new SS100 delivered at the MCN show in London in February 2016 to record breaking racer Eric Patterson.
All in all, this has to be the ultimate Brough Superior to add to any collection.
