American SLs often have the advantage of larger engines and have mostly been used in dry climates. This Mercedes-Benz 380 SL appears no different. This 380 is one of those American models, recognizable by its larger bumpers and dual round headlights. It has been registered in the Netherlands since 2018 and is in very nice condition.
The Silver Blue Metallic paint combined with the dark blue leather interior was extremely popular in the 1980s and still looks fresh and elegant today. Features include an automatic transmission, air conditioning, cruise control, two interior-adjustable side mirrors, and power windows.
The care given by previous owners is evident not only from the immaculate interior but also from the well-maintained condition, original wheels, excellent soft top, and even the original spare wheel. The 218-hp, 3. 8-liter V8 engine makes this SL a truly enjoyable car to drive.
