Hello, L'atelier des 1000 offers for sale this beautiful 1960 2CV AZLP in this ice blue combination with blue/ grey striped interior and black soft top. 2CV's simplicity and versatility are still very much in evidence today, and this little 4-seater convertible has a nostalgic air about it.
The car we are offering was registered on 20/ 12/ 1960, and its first owner kept it until 2008. In December 1960, the corrugated bonnet disappeared, but the 2CV kept its suicide doors until 1964.
The vehicle underwent a major bodywork restoration, including the replacement of the chassis and floorboards with new ones by a 2CV specialist, as shown on the invoice dated November 2024 for more than €10, 000. The paintwork looks good and is uniform. The underpinnings are therefore perfectly sound. The model-conform upholstery looks very good, as does the soft top, and the interior as a whole is harmonious.
The white Bakelite steering wheel is in good condition and the instrumentation is functional. The AZ engine develops 12. 5bhp, which starts easily, without noise or smoke, and has full power.
