We are pleased to have the chance to offer for sale our Norton Commando 961 California 50th Anniversary Limited Edition. Our bike is number #025 of just 50 examples built and is finished in the Galactic Black paint scheme and has covered just 949 miles. It is supplied with the leather book pack, two keys and the owners manual and service book.
Over and above the standard factory specification the bikes upgrades include, All electrics updated/ upgraded with state art Bosch, new battery, Norman Hyde "M" bars, machined Norton brake reservoir caps ( unique), Halcyon bar end mirrors, Brembo clutch/ brake reservoirs ( Ducati ) with polished Ducati levers. Carbon fibre race chain guard, Brown gum grips, Throttle body alloy trim plate, Hand made (Stuart Bodycote) reservoir polished alloy support struts, All servicing done by Norton Guru Stuart Bodycote, 2 oil changes while running in, Polished stainless factory race exhaust silencers .
The Norton Commando 961 California 50th Anniversary Limited Edition was a special, limited run of 50 Commando 961 models released by Norton Motorcycles in 2018 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the original Commando. These bikes were distinguished by specific features and were part of a larger "million dollar thank-you" initiative by Norton.
