Come and test drive this vehicle to discover all the options :) The beautiful history of this model: The Fiat 126 was presented for the first time in 1972 at the Turin Motor Show. Designed as the successor to the legendary Fiat 500, it took up the spirit of the latter: a compact, economical car designed to tackle congested city centres with style and simplicity. It was equipped with a small, air-cooled, twin-cylinder engine at the rear, true to Fiat's "minimalist" philosophy of the time. Initially manufactured in Italy, the main production was soon transferred to Poland, to FSM (Fabryka Samochodów Małolitrażowych). There, it became a social phenomenon under the name "Maluch" ("the little one" in Polish), an affectionate nickname officially adopted by Fiat-Poland from 1997 onwards. In 1997, the Fiat 126 saw its last major update before production ended.
Aesthetically, the 126 ELX slightly modernised the ensemble with new bumpers to match the bodywork, a revised dashboard and improved comfort features (such as the cigarette lighter and redesigned seats). Today, the 126 has become a sought-after collector's car, particularly in its latest versions like the ELX.
