Submission of bids: bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the heading "sale of a vehicle" for the attention of the Director and marked "not to be opened", no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 3 June 2025, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and received before this deadline or delivered by hand against receipt.
The equipment is sold "as is" and the buyer may not make any claims at the end of the sale. The vehicle is sold without any guarantee; any repair costs required to bring the vehicle into conformity are to be borne by the buyer. The person responsible for collection is: M. l'agent comptable de l'EPLEFPA Terres et Paysages Sud Deux-Sèvres (F. DENIS). This sale has been published on the ''les Anciennes. com'' website and on the ''Les Anciennes. com'' website. Proof to be produced: For individuals: - a copy of both sides of an identity document, - a copy of proof of address, - a copy of the driving licence of the person responsible for collecting the vehicle.
For legal entities: - K-Bis extract, - copy of both sides of the identity document of the director or manager of the organisation, - copy of the driving licence of the person responsible for collecting the vehicle.
Presentation of bids: Candidates must present their bids in French in a sealed envelope as follows: The "outer" sealed envelope will bear the references of the sale: - Date and title of the sale: "VENTE D'UN VÉHICULE - NE PAS OUVRIR" (SALE OF A VEHICLE - DO NOT OPEN) - the surname, first name, e-mail address and address of the candidate.
To be placed in this sealed "outer" envelope, two other "inner" envelopes: ° the first inner envelope containing: ▪ the supporting documents listed in article 7, ° the second inner envelope containing: ▪ the price proposal, to be drawn up on the attached form or on plain paper (the proposal must be duly completed and signed by the candidate). The bid must be expressed in euros. Applicants must maintain their offer for a period of 90 (ninety) days. Applications delivered or for which the notice of receipt is delivered after the deadline, as well as those delivered in an unsealed envelope, will not be considered. They will be returned to their authors. Terms of payment and transfer of ownership: payment must be made no later than 15 days after notification of the award of the vehicle, by the establishment, in the form of a bank transfer in support of the RIB which will be communicated with the award notice. The vehicle must be collected, once payment has been confirmed, within 15 days of notification of the sale, after making an appointment with the General Secretary (J. AUBRY). If the successful bidder does not come forward within the stipulated period, the vehicle will be allocated in the same way to the bidder whose bid was ranked second. The transfer of ownership will take place as of the return of the certificate of payment. Condition of the property sold: All bidders are deemed to have taken note of the condition of the vehicle prior to purchase. Visits may be made on request to the Secretary General (J. AUBRY) on the following dates and times: between Monday 19 May and Friday 23 May (from 8. 30am to 12pm).
Criteria for judging the bids: the establishment will count the bids on Tuesday 3 June at 2pm and will select the most advantageous financial bid from among all the bids. In the event of a tie, priority will be given to the bid that was received first (as evidenced by the postmark or deposit receipt). If there is still a strict tie both in terms of finance and date of receipt of bids, preference will be given to the bidder whose residence (or registered office) is closest to the place of sale (Route de la Roche, 79500 Melle). Tenderers will be notified of rejection by letter or acceptance of their tender by post within 8 working days of the submission of tenders. The establishment reserves the right not to process if no tender received is deemed satisfactory in the light of the estimates communicated. Any dispute arising from this consultation must be referred to the establishment beforehand.
