This 1970 Jaguar E-Type S2 4. 2 Fixed Head Coupe has had 3 owners, and was subject to a ground up restoration between 2008 and 2010 by the renowned E-Type specialists John Lane. One of only 1070 RHD E-Types ever manufactured by Jaguar Cars Coventry England. This E-Type was stripped to a bare shell and completely re-built. The car was repainted in its original colour with black leather interior. The engine, gearbox, rear axle/ diff and suspension were rebuilt, overhauled and detailed. All brightwork was re-chromed or replaced. A new wiring harness was fitted. A new leather interior installed, New chrome wire wheels, Reinforced wood steering wheel. a rare find.
