Richards of England would like to present this highly sought-after Aston Martin DB7 'Dunhill' edition for sale.
In June 1997, Aston Martin Lagonda began a unique collaboration with the luxury British men's brand Alfred Dunhill. Announced in December 1997, the 'Alfred Dunhill' was most definitely the most striking of the straight-six engine DB7 limited edition models.
The DB7 was the first (and the last) Aston Martin with a steel monocoque structure. It was also a new beginning, as the starting point, for today's company with its Gaydon factory and the V12 engine, which began life in 1999's DB7 Vantage.
This DB7 is finished in the distinctive livery of 'Dunhill Silver' with complementing Charcoal leather and Silver Grey piping with the words 'Alfred Dunhill' etched into the front headrests. The alloy wheels are adorned with watch-inspired centres, and each centre console houses an indulgent Dunhill millennium clock.
A numbered plaque has been appended to the driver's sill, in this case, number 36. Just six coupe models with five-speed manual gearboxes were produced, making this car a highly attractive option.
Supplied new from Aston Martin Five Oaks Ltd to a Channel Islands resident on the 23rd April 1999; four subsequent owners who have all maintained the Aston, with servicing no fewer than twenty-one times by main dealers, Aston Martin Works service and marque specialists.
In 2024, over £8, 000 was spent on the DB7, which included a new clutch, replacement coolant gasket, and repairs to the heater/ blower. Chiltern Aston Centre, in Hemel Hempstead, UK, carried out these works.
With the manual transmission, limited edition extras and a classic design, this DB7 is becoming more sought after year on year. Offered for sale with the V5C registration document, extensive history file and meticulous service records including every service stamp from new.
