Description
Rare and beautiful VISA 11RE PLATINE (special limited-series of 2000 units in 1983, styled as a “bourgeoise” edition with 4 alloy wheels/ tinted glass/ GT-style seats with specific fabric/ pre-wired radio/ rear window wiper, etc…) engine 1124 cc/ 50 bhp, 4-speed manual gearbox, shared with the PEUGEOT 104/ TALBOT SAMBA…
Colour Neptune Grey metallic specific to this version (code GVF): the only Visa to have this colour.
Regretful sale for another Citroën project!
Only 50, 900 km, little use for its age! (HISTOVEC available).
The logbook is a collection-class document in my name (the MoT will be re-done for the sale).
The vehicle has been tracked and maintained since its origin, both mechanically and bodywork-wise: last service in 08/ 2024 (filter + oil) and a new spare wheel (the previous one was new in …1983!). Details are recorded in the service logbook along with invoices.
Bought new by a Post Office clerk in Isère, then after her death it was recovered by a garage and sold (about 1 month later) to a collector in Isère and then to me in Normandy: I am therefore the 3rd owner.
It has taken part in local and national gatherings (including the “CITRONS BOUDES” in 2024) and subsequently featured in the magazine “Planète 2CV” no. 147 10/ 12-2024.
The interior is near mint (only a small snag on the passenger seat) and everything is functional.
The bodywork is in excellent condition (nice chassis) even though it is not new (42 years old): some panels have been repainted, two small harmless rust spots on the tailgate, etc…
The vehicle will be delivered with its vintage documents (including the red bar), on-board tools, 2 sets of keys, etc…
I would love for it to stay with a collector as it deserves it given its rarity!
All constructive questions are welcome and the vehicle is available.
