A very special HJ60 with a wonderful history and an entirely original condition is now available for sale through us!
This Land Cruiser was delivered in 1987 by Yvel GmbH in Cologne and, after only six years and approximately 110, 000 kilometers, was sold from the Rhineland to Mallorca. There, according to information from the Spanish previous owner, this beautifully preserved HJ60 served a friend of the original first owner as his daily means of transportation.
The vehicle has a documented service history up until 1993, and its mechanical components were never neglected. Regular oil changes were lovingly carried out by the previous owner in Mallorca and recorded for posterity on a piece of cardboard attached to the gear lever with a rubber band.
This Toyota boasts an incredibly beautiful patina – everything is entirely original. From the unwelded, original body and frame to the highly convincing interior: all stickers on the body are original – inside the doors as well as on the tailgate. The original Toyota fire extinguisher is present, as are the original floor mats, the onboard tool kit, and even the factory-installed radiator blind, which is fully functional.
This Land Cruiser has truly lived – and has always been cared for sustainably. The mechanical components were never neglected. The large tires, including the wheels, have been officially registered by the current owner and give the vehicle a fantastic presence.
The current owner purchased the Toyota in Mallorca five years ago and brought it back home to Hesse. Since then, it has been driven regularly and covered around 15, 000 kilometers during this period. Luca and I personally drove the 60 series approximately 500 kilometers to Munich under its own power, and we both have to admit: it drives really well! Whether on the highway, country roads, or in the city – a Land Cruiser like this truly is suitable for everyday use, we promise.
The Toyota has recently received a new windshield due to a stone chip – until then, it still had the original factory-installed glass. In addition, the underbody has been cleaned and can be additionally sealed after purchase to ensure a long life ahead.
A rare opportunity to find a truly honest, unmodified HJ60 with only three registered owners on the market – complete with German registration papers, historic (H) registration status, and the officially approved larger wheel and tire combination.
