Gilbern Invader estate first registered 9 nov 1971. mot until end may 2008. Bright red. Extensive service history. the vehicle has alloy wheels and stainless steel exhaust. the gear box bushes were replaced last year and the vehicle has hardly been used since. the engine is superb, and may be the 3. 1 unit. the carburettor has been overhauled recently. And it goes impressively. That is my reason for selling it. I usually drive a classic landrover and find myself doing 100mph in the gilbern wheras i would be doing 30mph in a land rover. so it has to go before i kill myself!
whats bad? rear deck carpet worn. footwell carpet worn. no radio fitted (but with an engine like that, who cares!) some glass fibre bubbles as seems usual in all the others i have seen.
It is sitting there waiting for a more adventurous driver than me.
