I have owned this senator for nearly 20 years but due to work and family I will never get around to renovating it, and the longer I leave it sitting here the more it will deteriorate. It has been off the road for about 4 years or so. The engine runs smoothly (regularly turned over) and mechanically most parts are ok. The black leather interior is in excellent condition with no tears or scuffs. The original lattice alloy wheels are in excellent condition with only a couple of very small scuffs.
Now the bad points. The rear wheel arches and bottoms of the rear doors are rotten, but the rest of the bodywork is in good order with very few marks and a few very minor rust patches. The power steering does not work although I have put a new power steering pump on it, it did not solve the problem.
The bottom of the engine/ gearbox is a bit oily but where this is coming from I don't know.
Please note this is for spares or repair and will have to be trailered away.
Also I have not cleaned the car so it will not be gleaming.
