Volvo was completly dismanteled and fully renovated: body was sandblasted, repaired and painted in his original green coloury. Every single part have been restored / repaired or replaced with new ones.
The engine was cleaned and painted. During the re-assembly it received new set of seals, piston rings, camshaft and valve lifters. In addition, a completely new engine timing, new water and fuel pump.
Ignition device has been regenerated with new parts, and was mounted with new cables and spark plugs.
Servo, alternator as well as the starter were also regenerated.
The cooler was fitted with a new core from Nissens company - looks exactly like original.
The gearbox was assembled with new seals, filled up with new oil We also installed new clutch disc and bearing
Front and rear suspensions were built on new rubber / metal elements. New shock absorbers, brake discs / pads and brake shoes. Drum brake mechanism has been regenerated.
The chrome parts were rechromed. The gauges were dismanteled, checked and polished.
Completely new original interior. The seats were removed, cleaned and painted. New belts under the seats, new upholstery on the dashboard, new sound insulation, new carpet and side upholstery. Headliner and sun visors also new. The seats were impregnated.
During the reconstruction we paid particular attention to the details of this vintage car. The buyer gets a car which condition is better than "brand new".
