So the time has come to sell my 1989 Audi Coupe 2. 2E in the last 5 years it hasn't seen the light of day and has been tucked away in my garage so I figured it was time to let it go and let someone else enjoy it. I have owned it since May 2009. Its a real retro classic with a genuine low mileage of 62, 829. Bodywork it excellent the only flaws are the small dent in the passenger side rear quarter which I have tried to show in the last photo. The side skirts have been slightly squashed where someone has tried to jack the car in the wrong spot. Small scratch on the passenger side quarter glass. The Windscreen has been replaced and the trim panel was not fitted correctly before the rivets where put in place (they need drilling out repositioning the trim and then new rivets putting in). Passenger seat wire has shot up into the seat so when moving the seat forward you have to manually unlatch it (will show any perspective buyers what I mean when they are here although I am sure anyone who has owned a coupe before knows exactly what I'm talking about). There is a slight hissing noise coming from the brake pedal although the brakes work as they should so I haven't looked into this. I replaced all the speakers a few years back which to be fair wasn't the best job should really have got a professional to do it all looks fine although I'm sure the car would benefit from having the speakers rewired. I also fitted a newer Audi Concert Cassete player with the intention of fitting a cd changer but never got round to it and the car got parked up.

Years ago I had a straight through exhaust welded and it could do with rewelding (never bothered me since its already real loud sounds like an old Quattro rally car).

Accident Repair
The car was damaged back in 2009 as I was rolling past a taxi doing less than 10mph one of his passengers opened their door and caught the passenger rear arch which left a small scratch on the arch. The car was repaired by Car Cosmetics based in Trafford (the same company Audi use for all their repairs on new cars) at an eye watering £799. 75. All details will be provided in the service history for the buyer and I'm sure I have some photos of the damage albeit very minor.
Please bear in mind you are coming to view a 28 year old car although I will say the condition of this car is much better than many cars I've seen at 5 years old.

4x Spare Alloy wheel will probably need a rerun or could use them as winter tyres I kept them after breaking an Audi 80. Never put on this car since it hasn't been driven in winter.
